Mental Health & Wellbeing Support

Looking after our mental health is just as important as looking after our physical health. Sometimes we all need a little extra support, and it is always okay to ask for help.

If you are worried about your child’s mental health or wellbeing, please speak to us. You can talk to your child’s class teacher or speak to Mr Hutchings or Mrs Cookson, who are available on the school playground most mornings. We are always happy to listen; talk things through and help you find the right support.

The NHS also recommends speaking to a trusted teacher, school nurse or GP if you are concerned about a child’s mental health.
